Vinification: fermentation in 10,000 kg vats- crust broken up 5 times a day-8 days’ maceration
Maturation: in 20 e 40 hl French oak barrels for 12 months  
Colour: ruby red
Nose: frutty and intense, with hints of spice typical of the grape variety
Palate: mouth-filling, full-bodied with balanced tannins, good long length
Alcohol content: 13% vol
Serving temperature: 18 °C
