Yields: 9 tonnes/ha of which about 50% is suitable for drying
Harvesting method: by hand, in small 3 kg crates
Bottles produced: 7,000 x 375 ml
Grapa drying: in lofts until January
Vinification: soft pressing yielding 20-25% must, fermentation at 18°C part in stainless steel tanks, part in small oak and acacia barrels
Maturation: in French oak barriques for 24 months
Colour: bright golden yellow
Nose: elegant, reminiscent of honey, ripe grapes and apples, with slight, well-integrated aroma of vanilla from contact with the wood
Palate: sweet and mouth-filling, good body, superb balance between acidity and sugars, long in length
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
Serving temperature: 12-14° C
