Grape drying: in lofts until Christmas when the sugar concentration has reached 30%
Vinification: soft pressing with 40% must yield, fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks
Maturation: in barriques made of acacia for 6 months
Colour: golden yellow with bright, shiny reflections
Bouquet: intense and fresh, of honey and acacia blossom typical of these aromatic varieties
Taste: sweet and fresh, characterful and balanced, long in length, good body
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Serving temperature: 12° C, slightly chilled
