Harvesting method: the grapes were hand picked late in the season when they were at their ripest and had the highest concentration of natural sugars
Bottles produced: 6,000 x 750 ml
Vinification: soft pressing to extract only top-grade must, fermentation in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks
Maturation: all the wine was matured in stainless steel and spent 5 months on the lees
Colour: deep straw yellow
Nose: rich and intense, harmonious balance between spice and fruit
Palate: full-bodied, with hints of ripe fruit, smooth with good long length
Alcohol content: 13.0% vol
Serving temperature: 12 °C, slightly chilled
