The area extends from the foot of the Asiago Plateau along a band of hills ranging from the Medieval town of Thiene to delightful Bassano del Grappa. Gentle hills striped with rows of vines, embellished in spring by the cherry trees in blossom and framed by a backdrop of rugged mountains.
Here where Andrea Palladio built some of his most beautiful villas, the vine has been cultivated for more than one thousand years to produce wonderful, high quality wines.
