LOCATION OF VINEYARDS: in areas of the Veneto ideally suited to this variety

VINIFICATION: soft pressing to extract the top-grade must only, fermentation in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks. In the spring following the grape harvest, the wine undergoes second fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method. The freshness of the product is achieved by using a significant amount of Vespaiolo grape juice, maintained fresh throughout the year, along with the base wine before refermentation. 
BOTTLING: with pressure control, at 2.5 bars. Cork tied down manually with string according to the Veneto tradition


Tasting
COLOUR: pale straw
NOSE: fresh, floral and fruity, rose and peach
PALATE: crisp, good structure, pleasant and harmonic
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11% vol
MATCHING WITH FOOD: excellent as an apéritif, good accompaniment to vegetable risottos, fried foods and fish dishes
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C

COLOUR: deep, shiny ruby red
NOSE: fruity with hints of berries and violets 
PALATE: sweet and fruity reminiscent of strawberries and blackcurrants
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 10% vol
MATCHING WITH FOOD: makes an original apéritif in summer, excellent poured over ice cream and in fruit salads
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
